I'm just waiting for battle 15 to end so me and Surlaw can get prizes.
while hoping my tenacity and go-get-'em attitude (with liberal doses of luck) will help me make it happen in the rest of 'em. 6 and 13 especially, since Surlaw/Spoonweaver's the only other team that hasn't been eliminated from the running, and it'd be hella awkward for Surlaw to have to fight himself (c-can that happen even? i've never tried it!).

EDIT: Tried it, there is error-checking on duplicated players. So how will this play out if both Rock & Roll Sentai/Surlaw and Surlaw/Spoonweaver when their three battles? You know, just in case I lose, which I have no intention of doing.

do you really have that liitle faith in our team in battle 14? because if we win that then spoonweaver/rock & roll sentai is also undefeated. meaning the tied teams could in fact be me/surlaw, surlaw/you, & me/you

I would imagine that Surlaw would automatically win a seat in the final round and you would have to 1v1 with Spoonweaver for the second.

Just my imagining, though.

Oh! I hadn't even noticed, I was too busy looking for undefeated teams I wasn't in! We'll have to fight hard to win 14 as it is now, but with a little luck we can make it happen.
If all three teams win, I guess maybe we'd do a one-on-one-on-one or three one-on-ones...

But there's prizes for the top three individuals, AND for top teams.

1v1 with Spoonweaver

not looking forward to that. BATTLE 6 has basically come down to that and even with a good lead HP wise I still fear losing

Haha, I feel kinda bad now, dude. Goo Gulp is a great move, I'd definitely recommend investing in it. When it comes down to the wire, that thing can either bring you back from the brink or postpone the inevitable if your luck goes sour.

hmm, that hasn't even showed up on my buy list yet. But yea, when I saw you do that I all but gave up hope. Of course it was your crit with shock that really won it for you

Oh yeah, it requires 80 Int. Mogri made it early on after I told him Straw suck didn't recover enough to be useful, and I was basically the only one who had Int that high back then.
But yeah, when I saw that crit I made a face something between sympathy pains and the horror on a kid's face after he breaks his mom's favorite vase. Sorry, guy.

There will be two separate battles then, of course. One for each of the winning pairs.

You're really cleaning up. I blame Goo Gulp. I'll probably lower the Crit% on it based on these battles.

I made one very big change before this tournament, getting enough money out of Sludgehammer that I could trade my Kinght's Helm for a Power Belt, and buying enough HP to make up for the difference.
So, not only can I finally use Sludgehammer Special, but I recharge enough in a turn for a Super Shock. It's kinda scary Sad

10 and 13 are over with (christ, another team of mine i didn't even notice was winning has won), so it's all on 15 now.
Huh. Once the whole deal's done with, the members of the winning teams and the individual winners'll be the same three people.
