I could be wrong, but both Rogue and Psychic Warrior have average BAB progression, so shouldn't your BAB be +9/+3?

And huzzah for another evil character =p

I'm not sure about the Rogue/Psychic Warrior progression. I think part of multiclassing is that you just add the two together, as kind of a punishment and to balance out that your saves can be a little better.

And it's weird, but the part of UHF I remember more than any other is when the guy's wife yells out the door "HARVEY BILCHIK, YOU GET BACK HERE!!!" when he's tryin to sneak out. I dunno if anyone remembers these articles but they were also a big influence.

Wherever H.P. Bilchik finds himself, one fact remains the same&#58; he doesn't look like he belongs there. The magnifying goggles over his eyes distort their image into a mockery, and the bits of bone and braided scalp that adorn his ear and bow would not be acceptable in even the most barbarous of lands. The spikes on his armor speak volumes to his nature and the rest of  his equipment is a hodge-podge of sundries claimed from a hodge-podge of victims. Worst of all is the way he carries himself, marching gaily with the conviction of the righteous to heap evil upon any who incur his ire. The only normal thing about him, his clean-cut brown hair, remains hidden under a black bandana.
