Ey yo click dis thing -

I picked up a PS4 and one of the things it can do that my old junk computer can't is broadcast games. I've set up a Twitch account for streaming stuff, so if you want to watch me play some dumb games for some reason and sit in a chat room and talk about them we can do that. We can, I promise.

I don't keep voice chat on. I DO respond in text chat. Come talk to nerds about video games so you don't have to play them.

I don't have any regular broadcast times. Just pop in or follow my channel or something, whatever. You can talk about stuff here when nothing's being steamed or in the chat when something is.

I'm playing Assassin's Creed 4, Resogun, and Pinball Arcade regularly right now. Watching me play pinball's probably not thrilling.

It's too bad you have to register to post comments in the chat box; I didn't have enough motivation for that. And, well, without commentary here's not much interest in watching you harpoon whales.

Nonsense, there's plenty of reason to watch wobbles harpoon whales. For one, they had it coming.

I'm about to start streaming Outlast, I don't know what it is but it was free and apparently scary. I don't even know what its genre is! I'm scared already I think.

Outlast kind of stunk! Thanks Shizuma and Jack and anonymous guy for helping to joke about the game, the chat room is fun even if I'm not using voice chat! We got through 3/4 of the game.

At 6 PM EST today (2/16/14) I'm going to stream some of the Japanese PS4 launch demos (Strider reboot and a Stupid Sexy Mahjong game) and then finish Outlast.

The remake of Strider's out and, to my huge surprise, it's actually really fun. It's far less difficult than the original game, and it's not as bonkers as Strider 2, but it's a solid almost-Metroid style game with nice controls and a corny Soviet Empire theme. I'll continue streaming it tonight (2/20/14) at 8 PM EST for the nerds.
