Did you like your new attack? It seemed pretty useful, but sadly you were second on the chopping block so you didn't make full use of it.

Yeah, but it is pretty nice. I know not to bother with the MP cost when I'm at full HP now, too.
And now I can't decide if I want a Coat Of Grease or Shrink Ray first.

I might decrease the Grease effect to 30. The Agi damage reduction is fierce.

i'm kind of finding it hard to navigate through all the new posts since there's a butt ton of arena fights going on. is there anyway you can make it an option for people to turn off arena updates?

Option added: check your "edit profile" page to suppress Battlegrounds posts when searching.

Note that Battlegrounds posts aren't indexed, so you can't search them for keywords and such anyhow. This option only makes a difference for the "Show posts since last visit" link and similar.

(edit) Grease nerfed to +30 Agi.

Buffs: Perfect for team battles! Summon a Shield to protect an ally (or yourself), or use Spike Body to increase someone's damage.

Your attacks are locked in when the battle starts. If you're waiting around for someone else to confirm, why not grab one of these new attacks?

I had an awesome idea for another item to put on your list if you like it.

The Roulette Cap. Every battle, it randomlly boosts a random stat. So no one would ever know what kind of gain they get.

Is there anything like a simple cure that you can target on yourself or allies?

No. Healing is intentionally limited to avoid long, drawn-out battles and/or stalemates.

I agree with Mogri's decision to not have healing. Even in Pokemon, where healing abilities are limited, they still cause a lot of drawn out battles between high durability Pokemon.

What about a health transfer where you can take away some of your health and give it to an ally?

Or another possibility is a heal that has a side-effect of lowering your max HP (in battle only of course). Like something that would average your current and max HP, so say you had 100/750 it would give you 425/425

Yes, it could extend a battle, but it would be stalemate-proof, since it would get substantially less effective each time you used it.

I see you've noticed the new move -- it takes 100 HP from you and gives 125 HP to another player. Excellent support move for weaker characters along with Shield and Spike Body (though these require higher stats).

Also available for users with absurd Int: bring back your friends from the dead for a turn! Spoooky. :zombie:

Slime 1: Transfuse 125 HP to Slime 2 for 100 HP.
Slime 2: Transfuse 125 HP to Slime 1 for 100 HP.
Both Slimes gain a net HP gain of +25 each. :???:

That sounds like a pretty good deal!

Yeah, if you can afford to waste that many turns. Meanwhile, your opponents are probably doing more than 25 damage per turn to you, so unless you're outnumbering them horribly, you're not going to win that way.

If it turns out to be broken, I'll change it, but it seems pretty tame as is.

(Edit) Also, Meditation has been buffed now that I realize most players are better off just using Recharge

This move exists just for me. So far the only other people with that much Int are slimebots. Shame about the money, though. I need to get better equipment and more buffs/debuffs before I can even begin to think about that.
Also, I kinda just went on a crit-spree with my least crittable attack. Three out of four? Not bad at all.
