Talk about things that are not making games here. But you should also make games!

Hello,
I was wondering, if there is any guideline on how to write a game review.

Not really. The community just asks that you try to make it as good as you can.

In my opinion, a guide line on how to write a review or a check list what to consider would be quiet helpfull.

My advice:
Take a review that YOU thought was meaningful, analyze what it's doing, and try writing a review in that style.

For instance, I really like what Tim Rogers does in his reviews (though they are flawed):

So at one point I decided to try and write a review in his style, but modified the format to work better for me. Two examples of what I did:
- Rogers' style is extremely verbose and filled with joke anecdotes: I keep the anecdotes but make my reviews more compact.
- Rogers tries to establish a theme for a game and uses examples from it to display his point: this is the key to his style, and what I aim to do in reviews.
This is the review I wrote as a result:

One method you can try is deconstructing a review by paragraph, but personally I think that leads to crap like Castle Paradox's template that is too specific and doesn't apply to every game.

SHORT VERSION:
Pay attention to what reviewers are doing in reviews YOU enjoy reading, and try the same thing for yourself.

Another helpful thing to do is just take notes as you play, then arrange the notes in to sections. Writing 101, but it works.

Reviews that get deleted tend to be one or two sentences. It's recommended that you write several paragraphs and include a screenshot or two. There are no hard-and-fast guidelines for review writing, but you do need to write more than just "I liked it" -- explain what was good or bad.
