This is game 2 of 30 games by Barnabus.
This game's title screen ( and title) is taken from the popular game Call of Duty. I'm not sure where the title music is from, it could be original, though I suspect it's from some mario game I'm not familiar with.
The game starts ( the title music still playing ) with your character trapped under Nazi control. You seem to be a prisoner. A Nazi npc informs you to "Get in there" meaning the door to the left of him, the only way to go in the current room.
When you enter the room, the music changes and a count down timer begins at 4 minutes. You seem to have 4 minutes to escape, but there doesn't seem to be anyway out. So perhaps there is a secret. talking to the dark lumps of people, you find out that "There's got to be a way out of here!" but examining the cracks in the wall reveals "There is no escape"
At 2:30 left, your character starts to slow down, the screens begins to turn greenish, and the lumps of people say different things. At 1:00 left the lumps of people begin to collapse and their little lump eyes disappear. ( sad )
I think there might be some kind of last second secret with one of the npc's. Perhaps using the right one at the last second will reveal a way to escape.
There's no way out, I tried more than a few times.
All in all the game is kind of despressing. If there does turn out to be some insane secret way to get out, my thoughts toward this game will greatly improve. As of now it's a game where you get to experience what it's like to be gased to death. Yay...

I think I found the ending.
Once there's 1:00 or maybe 0:30 seconds left, if you walk up to the entrance door and hit space, there's a door slamming noise (or bang) and the game ends.
I can't figure out if that's you getting out, or you getting shot by the Nazi on the other side.

Amazing, I'm little more impressed now that I know he put in something like that.
Well, it's 1minute left and judging by the dialog the Door previously leads to. I'm assuming it's death that you get from opening the door, not freedom. Though, I guess this is as close to an "end" as you can get in this game.
