So....what's this game gonna be about?

THUS FAR:
you play as a janator on an undership (basicly like a sub) during a large war.

lance wakes up one day being yelled at from his boss being told that the woman incharge of the weapons has gotten seasick in the mess hall and your in charge of cleaning it up. after cleaning it up and talking to her she shows you how to joy-ride the airsuits for an underwater stroll.

at some point during this, the two get separated, and lance is unable to find his way back to the undership. but he runs into an odd machine, perhaps set up by the soviets, as it speaks a different language. the machine leads lance to an open trench, where they see a glance of civilazation, underwater.

That would probably end my chapter.

The Soviets?

Does this game take place in the 80s, or is the Soviet Union officially a ancient civilization fraught with mystery?

What is Lance like? Is he a pathetic shrub of a man, who would never accomplish anything were it not for the Plot?

Who's at war, and why, or is that something we later chapter people figure out?

Thats fine spoony, chapter 2 should exactly be "wrapping it up" anyways.

are you using the default engine? or some custom code one?
