Just give up now, don't even start. Those who -have- started, give up anyway.

That's all fine and dandy, but does your game have...

Ronald McDonald?!

Is someone asking for an extension?

I may decide to extend the contest until Saturday, May 3rd, which I'm sure Hawk, Hachi, and RMZ would love. It's largely up to those who are currently IN the contest though.

What say you?

I know I'm working hard on my game, hell I've barely played Mario Kart Wii this weekend cause I've been busting my balls on making this. If I could get til Saturday I'd be appreciative.

It'd be nice - while I can finish this game on its current timetable, it won't have much, if any, polish, for all that entails for this contest.

It is now more-or-less unanimous. The contest is extended by THREE DAYS until Saturday the 3rd, at 23:59 hours. Use this slightly extended time to polish and bugtest your projects, and release them on time. Failure to do so will result in their disqualification.

If you need more time, be forewarned. For every day past this Saturday deadline you wait to release your game, I will DIMINISH the contest prize by $10! Time is ticking!

3 Days is a lot, considered I just started this thing a week from today, ha, so no worries on my end.

Making this game wasn't easy. I knew that there was one, just one, timeless bad, no, terrible, game out there, one that was identifiable with anyone of any race, creed, origin...but the question was, how does even such a great-terrible game live on past its inception?

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Final Fantasi XXX Legaci.

Final Fantasi XXX is the ultimate bad game, and this one has been designed specifically for its preemptive re-entry, as you'll see when you play through the game. The game designer I am mirroring is SDHawk and his previous TGC entries - FFXXX twice and FFXXX2.

Edit: also if for some reason you don't have WinRAR, of all things, you can get the .zip file here, at the thing near the bottom of the page that says "Download Link: Final Fantasi XXX Legaci.zip"

Or just get 7-zip. Packages and unpackages a huge variety of archive types, including .zip and .rar.

I loved the introduction, with YD trying the different jobs. The graphic style is really nice and consistent, I like it. The surfing animations are great. The third opponent's arrival was awesome. Overall, I really liked this a lot. It felt like a much more refined version of Walrus Chef, and was a lot more exciting.

(Walrus Chef had cooler bling though)
