I told RMZ I'd show him some graphics. Here they are.

Image

I did the trees today. For easy realistic trees, Google Image Search "tree silhouette" and do a little editing. I like how they turned out.

I'm very pleased with the tileset as a whole. It's not terribly complicated, but simple has always worked best for me.

As for what game this is going to turn into... that's a secret. But if someone out there is interested in contributing a fair number of walkabouts, I'd love to partner up on this one.

Not too shabby Moogs, not too shabby.

I'd volunteer some walkabouts, but I don't think my style meshes up with the maptiles too good. My graphics are fairly cartoonish.

It's okay, I understand you're pretty busy anyway *wink, wink*

Anyway, Twinconclusive has volunteered his services, which is just fine with me. I just hope my requirements aren't too vague for him :v:

And so Powerstick Man has grown so bored of his hosting duties that he decided to pit two gladiators against each other to the death.

That's fitting.

Not to the death, mind you. Sheesh. You're evil.

And PSM has something interesting happen to him.

There's only a few scenes left until it's all done, and in case anyone was wondering, as of right now, it's about as long as Week5 or 6. Maybe a little longer.

Week 8's episode will be split into two parts. Day 1-3 will be the main show. Then on Day 4, the final vote begins. And after that, the finale will take place on Day 4 and the celebration is on Day 5. So if all goes well, Week 8 shouldn't take nearly as long to make.

Freehanding from the tablet is taking too long so I pulled a different approach. Prolly won't have time the retrace them with the tablet, but they turned out alright. That being said, I'll have time for all the other things I wanted to do.

This game features WGMD's hero being crucified, Lee Harvey Oswald given the benefit of the doubt, and the delusions of a Buddy Holly fan, but only some of the time!

I'm probably not going to have time to complete this game beyond the "Rescue the Cowboy" mission before the deadline hits. I'm going in for surgery on Wednesday and that means the game has to be ready for release Tuesday. The town's physically complete, all stores are functional, several and NPCs are in place. The YMCA fortress is 100% done. The intro is complete (and I love it) as is most of the desert. All I need to finish there are the boss fight, a cutscene where you meet up with Cowboy, and a couple of side-rooms on the main map. After that, I'll work on polishing the town's NPCs a little more.

This part at least will be ready for Friday easily. I'm just disappointed at how short it is.

In the meantime, here's a screenshot of the hall of justice.

The episode is 99% done. All that's left is to fix the typos. Don't feel like doing that tonight, so expect it online around 6-7 tomorrow night! There is no doubt that the show will be up tomorrow!

And I'll say it tomorrow as well, the quicker I get a deciding vote, the quicker I can start on Week 8 and finish this sucker up!
