Kalar is cautious, he's heard about dragons and how they like to sleep on piles of gold. The room is far too small for a dragon, he supposes, but that doesn't mean there's nothing there. Considering how every other room here has had some sort of threat or the other, it only stands to reason that this room be no different.
He orders Francis to head into the room and stab through the gold a few times with his sword. Just to make sure that there's nothing there.

The gold is unyielding and the sword doesn't go that far in. The skeleton formerly known as Francis does get a good stab in and the gold pile rumbles to life. A gapping maw emerges from the gold pile and chomps on the skeleton formerly known as Francis, damaging him horribly. A giant worm, gold pieces sticking to what seems to be a goo it's covered in, slithers towards Kalar and his undead team.

Crap on a biscuit!
Kalar orders all of his undead to swarm in and surround the worm, pummeling, stabbing, clawing, everything-ing it to death. He heads for Francis, and spontaneously converts his Command spell to an Inflict spell, healing the skeleton up so that it can fight on. No sense in losing a minion he had only just recently acquired.

Loud noises of combat erupt from the direction Kalar just went.
The undead rush in, stabbing and slashing the worm. One of the skeletons gets stuck briefly to the side of the worm while attacking. The ghouls do a good job of stabbing the thing, and the skeletons are no slouches either. The worm's green blood spills to the floor.
The worm swallows the ghoul known as John whole.
Worm takes 24 dmg total.

Kalar holds up his holy symbol and focuses his divine power through it. He uses this power to summon up an owlbear skeleton to attack the worm.

The undead swarm again, this time they are largely unsuccessful. The remaining ghoul scores a hit but only one of the skeleton does any damage.
The worm smashes down on the painter's skeleton. The skeleton is destroyed.
Then the owlbear skeleton appeared. It roared in, clawing harshly.
Worm takes 22 dmg total.

Kalar moves in to the space where Painty the Skeleton once stood. There, he stays on the defensive, <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/specia ... >aiding</a> the undead beside him. Kalar hopes that the distraction he provides will allow the undead to attack more effectively with the worm's attention elsewhere.

Tammytharn has returned to the camp-room in time to see Kalar go by with his ghouls and skeletons.
Not having witnessed any of the previous day's events, Tammytharn had not realized that Kalar's old skeletons were already destroyed, and she didn't recognize the origins of his new skeletons, mistaking them for the same ones as yesterday.
"Those skeletons look CLEANER and SHINIER than they did yesterday..." she whispers to nobody in particular. Then she adds "Has Kalar been.... POLISHING them at night?"
After the noises erupt from the direction Kalar went, she says "Let's go see what trouble he has gotten himself into". She feels mildly annoyed that only Gontort seems to be paying any attention to her.

Lynda, Rachelle and Galse are looking over Thistlewhistle. They seem to be trying to decide what to do with him. Tammytharn and Gontort rush off in Kalar's direction.
The skeletons' attacks all seem useless this time around. The ghoul manages a small attack. The hero this round seems to be the skeletal owlbear. It rips and shreds at the giant worm. Chunk fall from the beast and green pus oozes out. It was around this time that Kalar saw the true size of the thing. It had bee coiled up beneath the gold and stretched at least 30ft from what he could tell. The worm pushes through the door, devouring a ghoul and trapping one of the skeletons in the room in the process.
Tammytharn and Gontort arrive to see the massive worm wiggling out of the room and into the hall.
The worm takes 17 dmg.
Ghouls devoured & 2 skeletons left.

On her next turn she will cast Sanctuary on Gontort.

Right, Kalar's had just about enough of this. And there's not a chance in any of the hells that he plans on losing John and Kretivuslar to a filthy worm. He doesn't like getting into combat up close and personal if he can't help it, but blast it, those were his minions, and they'd served him well up to now. If they had been mindless skeletons or zombies, it wouldn't have mattered as much, but intelligent undead minions are far too valuable to let go so easily.
Kalar runs up to the worm, dashing up its body, trusting in his ability to run up walls to ensure that he won't fall off. He gets as close as possible to what he figures is the head then unleashes a powerful scream down towards it, hoping to injure it without damaging the two ghouls very badly.

Rachelle looks up from the table upon hearing Kalar's scream, and grabs her halberd. From what she had heard from the others before going to sleep, it seemed that the corridors in the area west of her weren't that big; what was going on back there in that space, anyway?
She looked at the door in again. Maybe she should at least look at what's going on in there...

Rachelle sees a battle against a giant worm currently underway in this tight hallway. Kalar now has a large skeleton bear of some sort attacking it and is charging in. Rachelle is casting a spell and Gontort is following Kalar's lead.
Kalar's Owlbears tears at the worm. The skeletons both do their best to damage the beast. Kalar himself slams directly into the front of the monster and finds it's body to be super sticky. He barely needs to focus to keep his footing. He screams down at the worm.
Gontort rushes past the skeletal owlbear and sinks his axe deep into the worm. It screeches in protest. Tammytharn's beetle appears and does it's best to get into an offensive position.
The worm flesh beneath Kalar slips away and Kalar falls. Only he doesn't hit the ground. Instead Kalar finds himself enclosed in a fleshy mess of acid and muscle. Kalar has been swallowed.
Kalar struggles within worm. He can't move his hands to cast spells and can't reach his pick. His options are very limited. Meanwhile, acid burns his skin and strong stomach muscle squeeze him hard.
Rachelle readies herself for battle.
Kalar takes 5 dmg
The worm takes 41 dmg total.

Kalar is barely able to move. This is certainly not turning out how he expected. He had initially thought that the number of minions at his disposal would have been enough. He was sadly mistaken though.
With little else to do, he reaches out with his mental powers to order his ghouls (if they still un-live) to try to scratch at the worm from within, hopefully inducing paralysis.

Lynda, hearing the commotion of fighting, screaming, and roaring, readies her bow and decides to go towards the source of the ruckus.
