She does not. The party sees that there are two other doors inside this room. One of them stands open but at an angle the party can't see into. The skeletons enter the room and seem to find no danger.

"Hmm, seems safe enough. We should keep this door open though, or at least have someone on the outside in case something attacks us from those two doors and we need to retreat. It'll be easier to fight them at a one-door bottleneck than it will be in an open area flanked on both sides."

He turns to Galse and says, "I know it might be asking much, but could you stay behind with Thistlewhistle here? We need someone reliable to cover our escape."

He turns to the others and gestures them onwards, "Ladies, let's see what we can find in there." With that, he heads on into the room, ordering Dave in front of him while the other two take his flanks.

Galse stands outside the door, prop up against it in case it tries to slam shut. Thistlewhistle stands just inside not really ok with standing back and not looking around what seems to be a very interesting room.
The others spread out, some heading for the other open door some looking at the flasks. Then the doors slammed shut. Galse couldnt stop it at all and assumed it must have been a magical affect to have been so strong. He stood outside the room unable to open the door and unable to even know what was happening inside.

Meanwhile the blackmist rushed in. Kalar looked to see that it was one of his skeletons that had tripped a pressure plate in the ground. After noticing that there was little that he or the others could do to avoid the quick moving mist. They were engulfed and all quickly fell asleep. That is, except for the elf blooded Lynda, Rachelle, and Tammytharn. The doors opened back up and Galse saw Thistlewhistle and Kalar asleep.

While sleeping, the Thistlewhistle and Kalar dreamed very vivid dreams.

Galse is on guard, suspicious but willing to listen. "What happened in there?"

"Some black smoke caused all the non-elves here to fall asleep," Rachelle answered. She poked Kalse with the blunt end of her halberd, and then suddenly rushed over to where the skeleton had been. She wanted to check something.

Kalar dreamt he was in a forrest where the trees were all lined up. There were no other plants besides grass and no dead leaves on the ground. A gargoyle sat about 20 feet in front of him. It reared up and charged. Kalar had none of his undead minions or his friends to help him. He had to fight this foe himself.

Thistlewhistle dreamt that he was back home. However all the plantlife in the world suddenly gained demonic intelligence and was trying to take over the world. Thistlewhistle had in his possession an ancient artifact that could stop this though. The ancient text about the artifact were unclear though. He wasn't sure if he should break the object by burning it or freezing it. With no other information, he sat trying to decide which to do. All while the plants destroyed the world.

Having little time to react, Kalar brings up his shield, hoping to take the brunt of the attack on it. While he still has time to do so though, he <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/power ... screams</a> his defiance at the gargoyle, throwing as much of himself as he can into it.

*Unless otherwise stated, Kalar will always <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/action ... ion">fight defensively</a> while using Combat Expertise for the max bonus/penalty possible.

Kalar shoots the Gargoyle with a sonic attack. It hits it in the shoulder. The gargoyle rushes in and smashes it's claw against Kalar's shield. The gargoyle looks ready to unleash a flurry of attacks.

"Blasted nuisance!"

Kalar braces against the impact, hiding behind the tower shield. He holds up his holy symbol and wills a <a href="http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/spirit ... >weapon</a> into being, commanding it to attack the gargoyle from behind.

Seeing the wounds appear on Kalar, Rachelle stops herself stepping on the switch. Maybe she should try moving the two sleeping party members out of the room before thoroughly investigating the room...

Or just the one remaining sleeper, seeing as Kalar had woken up as she was pondering the issue.

Kalar wakes up, groaning in pain. He examines himself, figures that his wounds aren't too serious, so he holds back on healing himself in case others need it later.

"That was terrible, I dreamt I was fighting a gargoyle of some sort. While in a forest. Possibly one of the gargoyles from back at the fountain, I'm not too sure."

He stands up and looks around. "We need to get out of here, I'd rather that didn't happen again."

He orders one of his skeletons, "Caddy" to pick up Thistlewhistle and carry the gnome on his back. He orders Dave to keep watch and attack anything hostile. He then takes off his pack, hands it to the skeleton that triggered the trap (henceforth known as "Ardan II"), and orders the skeleton to go around the room retrieving as many flasks as possible and putting them into his pack.

He heads back to the door where Galse was staying, and keeps a lookout. He keeps his mind focused on Ardan II, concentrating on making sure the skeleton doesn't break anything or stuff his backpack too full of things. Once a reasonable number of gear has been taken, he'll order the skeleton back to himself.

Kalar thinks for a moment, and then says, "Do any of you have rope? We could lash the gnome to that skeleton. That way, it would have its hands free in case it needed to do something."

Tammytharn had been saying little, and following the others. They seemed like a violent lot, and she didn't trust any of them, especially not that awful Kalar fellow who was ordering around those zombies so recklessly-- and now he had the audacity to have given them all names?

She couldn't resist speaking up any longer.

"Kalar, I don't appreciate the way you are treating those undead. Few things could be more of an AFFRONT to Rao than a reanimated corpse, bereft of the spark of REASON that once made it human, forced now to do YOUR bidding, and you have the AUDACITY to make a big joke of naming them? How many different ways do you think you can desecrate the same corpse?"

Marching orders for Tammytharn follow, in case I can't post fast enough:

If a fight breaks out, Tammytharn will use healing and support magic to support any of her allies other than Kalar. She won't be lifting a finger to help him in combat (that doesn't mean she would always withhold healing from him outside of combat).

She will never draw her dagger in combat, but she may draw a thunderstone or a tanglefoot back which she would only use on a foe menacing her directly.

She would also reserve her casting of Summon Monster II for situations where she was being menaced directly

For the record, Thistlewhistle is still asleep, right?
