"HIS WILL TO FIGHT ISN'T BROKEN!" Voulton screams, half delirious from pain! The old priest may've been wise, but he'd never been to war! Now Voulton's thoughts turn to his father, who once said "If you tear the wiggly bits out of a man's stomach, the man will soon quit wiggling." Though he would love nothing more than to rip the werewolf's wiggly bits out and watch as the fight drained out of him, Voulton is pretty sure a few of his own wiggly bits are about to come loose.

He boldly retreats to let someone else take a pop at wolf fighting while the healers get his guts straightened out.

Rachelle takes out two potions from her bag of holding - one potion of Cure Moderate Wounds, and a Potion of Enlarge Person. She runs to the back of the house in between the main party and the werewolf, intending to drink the first on the way there and the second right after. No point running in just yet.

Certainly she wouldn't have been needing the first of those two had someone not blown everyone up... but that was in the past now, and it wasn't like not having that happen would've been all that much better, seeing all the dead werewolves lying around.

"Alright, this is bad. Crazy ideas go!" Lynda thinks.

"Get that werewolf, magic dog!" Lynda shouts. She charges towards the werewolf.

Lynda takes the snake staff she had been harboring all along. She goes, and attempts to throw it towards the Ur-Werewolf's face like a javelin, willing it to become a snake and assault the wolves face.

Voulton retreated after the werewolf's attack. He was brave, but not stupid. He'd need to regroup before facing that monster. Tammytharn moved in and healed him with her clerical powers. Rachelle also retreated to heal. She searched through her things and found two potions. It took her a bit to find them though.
Kalar ran around to the other side of the broken fountain in the middle of the hamlet and attempted to magically clutch the heart of the werewolf, but the werewolf proved to be too powerful for Kalar's attempt.
Lynda, seeing her friends retreating decided she needed to buy time. She took her valued pet snake in staff form and threw it at the werewolf. It turned into a large snake in midair and smacked into the wolf. The snake quickly began to wrap around the werewolf and squeeze. Lynda also managed to order her hound to run in and attack. It's attacks were too slow and aimless to hit the quick moving werewolf though.
Bill the manticore attacked the werewolf then. It clawed the werewolf for a small amount of damage.
The werewolf bite the snake as it tried to constrict him. His bite tore straight through the snake and the snake turned to gas then back into a staff on the ground. The werewolf then clawed the manticore with both claws.

Right, the balance of the battle could go either way. They needed time.

"Hold back, I'm going to try to gain us some time!"

Kalar mentally commands the zombicore to try to pick up the werewolf and fly away as far and as high as it can.

Bill's Grapple Check: +18

EDIT: Notes

If Bill's grapple doesn't work and he can't fly off, Kalar will have Bill retreat to make room for Galse and Rachelle.

If Bill gets hit one more time, Kalar will have Bill retreat so that he can be healed (inflicted).

If Bill manages to pull off the grapple and carries the ur-werewolf off, Kalar will order Bill to drop the werewolf as far away as possible (within one round) and then fly back for healing.

If Bill is destroyed (hopefully not) Kalar will Summon Undead III (Ogre zombie) and then make a Will save to stop himself bursting into tears =p

"I feel like a new man"! It was some damn good healin that got laid down on Voulton, and if we survive and aren't werewolves there's gonna be a good pat on the back for it. No time for that now though! He rejoins combat with the werewolf, ignoring Kalar for the time being. If that manticore is gonna lift the werewolf it's gonna need a distraction, and what's more distracting than having your supersliming GUTS CUT OPEN?!!!

"Let's try this!" Lynda says.

She attempts to evoke her Dragonfly statue.

Rachelle drinks the first potion she fished out, then moves into the corner of the house closest to the rest of the party. She definitely wants to Get Big before fighting this thing, and sadly she's going to have to delay her entrance into combat for that.

Tammytharn takes a Tanglefoot Bag out of her pack and throws it at the werewolf. She will use her Mage Hand to guide the accuracy of her throw

That should work because the Tanglefoot Bag is alchemical rather than magical

As the zombie manticore reached in to grab the werewolf, the werewolf used the opportunity to attack. It attacked with a new found strength, smashing wildly at the manticore. The manticore's attempt fails and the werewolf continues it's assault. At the end of it the manticore almost lay destroyed on the ground. It instead hung on by a few scraps of skin.
Voulton runs in and attacks. His axe digs into the werewolf's chest and a howl escapes the werewolf's mussel.
Lynda pulls yet another trinket and activates it. A dragonfly made of green energy shoots forth. It strikes the werewolf, scorching it's flesh. Then the green dragonfly mader of energy reappeared over Lynda's shoulder.
Rachelle drank a healing potion and got into position to attack soon.
Lynda tossed a tanglefoot bag. The sticky contents splattered over the werewolf visibly making it harder for the werewolf to move but not fully impeding it's actions.
Kalar's ogre appeared finally, but Kalar's worry for his mount Bill made him care little for his new summoned minion.
The sun had set then. The dark of night covered the battlefield but the moon's rays had not yet come out of hiding.

Manticore takes 51 dmg.
Voulton deals 29 dmg (after dr)
Rachelle heals 16 hp
Lynda deals 12 dmg

Rachelle drinks the potion of enlarge person, and readies herself to attack the werewolf as soon as she can.

Sure, she's fairly concerned about the manticore dropping like that... but it's another one of Kalar's undead gone, and she can't be too sad about losing it.

Voulton keeps hacking at the werewolf, imagining the blood and viscera splatters are birds fleeing the fallen tree as it plummets to the ground... and hoping this werewolf plummets soon 'cause the slime he did to the manticore was pretty slimed up

Lynda rushes over to Tammytharn. Once she finishes whatever spell she's doing, Lynda will hand her the three scrolls she has and tell her:

"Please, use these!"

Kalar mentally commands Bill to retreat and stay well away from any fighting. He then holds up his holy symbol, channeling power through it before releasing it in a blast of negative energy.

Enervation (1d4 negative levels, no save)
