Sprite templates?

Has nobody else thought of it? I think that a very basic outline for Walkabouts and In Battle sprites would be very helpful, especially for the new spriter. Does someone want to step up? (I'd do it myself, but my own spriting abilities are horrible... part of the reason I'm saying this at all :P)

Vikings of Midgard exists pretty much solely for this, heh. Everything in it is free to rip.

Do work on your own graphics when possible, people will take your game more seriously.

I'm not asking about it for my own game (Well I am partially, but nevermind that), I just think that a very basic outline would be a popular addition to the resources page.

I'm releasing 3-color graphics to the public domain, to make 8-bit contests a little easier. I can upload my basic templates too, if you want. The Human set should be out in the next issue of HamsterSpeak.

I have one template each for Human Male, Human Female, Elf Male, Elf Female, and Dwarf.

Human heroes.

I haven't done any hero graphics for the nonhumans yet.
