E-mail them to Surlaw. Full submission guidelines are here:

I decided to revisit the Bandit Fight, and revise some graphics. Much better, no?

Your sprites are getting better. Keep at it
You might consider doing some work with your battle backdrops in CUSTOM. Some people don't like this approach but it personally helped me a ton; and it's easy.

Thanks Meatball. Believe it or not, I made them from my basic hero standing sprite.
Regarding battle background suggestion, that method is how I made my crypt battle background, and Moldrith's battle background.

Obligatory Slime
I really need to learn to draw humans, though

A question. Would any of you guys know how to deal with any enemy like this, or indeed have a clue why it'd be using electric attacks?

It uses electric attacks because it's yellow!
Aside from that, I haven't the foggiest idea what in the world that thing is. Might could be a living fire/lightning elemental? Whatever, just use Earthquake to kill it.

First and foremost, you deal with said creature the same way as you would anything: Tact and Profession, and maybe some prayer where need be.
Second, it would use electric attacks because it's yellow, as stated above by Sir Bacon there.

I dislike making walkabouts because the sprites are so small and it's hard to make details without making a mess. Did I do a good job of it?
She's going to be an annoying, reoccurring minor villain. She's a summoner/mage.

I'd say you did a good job with that! The point of walkabouts is to have a simple representation of whatever character you're depicting, usually super-deformed with an oversized head as was the norm for SNES RPGs. Yours has slightly more realistic proportions, and that's fine, it looks good. You've got a great palette here.
On a lesser note, I don't see anything remotely mischevious, annoying, or particularly villainous about your character. Is that intentional? Is she one of those subtle villains that's supposed to slip under the players' / heroes' radar?
