Wasabi Ninjas. They're not very keen on stealth anyway; more like 90s cartoon ninja wannabes.

Oh, so much stuff, so very little time...
I'm guessing that i'll release the Doom RPG game episode-wise.
But i'm gonna see if i can make it to where at the end of episode one, put like a thing saying, right before you trigger the final cutscene:
"You may want to save here for the next episode to be finished. Because after this space, you'll trigger the final scene in this episode, and end the game. please save beforehand to avoid losing any unsaved progress!"
And then, when the second episode's released, the final cutscene will lead to the beginning of Episode 2. And the same will probably be done for Ep.3, if not already made. It's gonna be hard to come up with good textures for the Hell levels when you get there...
Oh, and a dopefish Super-secret is being added to the first episode. I'm not revealing where though!

I'm adding a interesting feature to my game: A wishing well.
A player can trade in however much gold for a wishing coin. They then go to a (or) the well, and they can choose a wish. It has 1 out of 50 chance of coming true. They can wish for:
*Wealth: Get up to 2000 gold!
*Item: Get a random item!
*Power: A random party member gets a stat upped!
*Good Health: An entire party heal! Has 1 out of 25 chance.
*Skill: Learn 1 of 5 unique skills! Shooting Star, Falling Star, Lucky Shot, Lucky Heal, and Wish!
What do you think?

That's actually a really cool idea. I dunno about the reward-chance ratio I guess... The rewards sound pretty good (some of them) to leave up to chance, especially considering if you use gold, then it's more of a "am I patient enough to click spacebar and read the text until I get a reward" thing. Also if you're going to pay gold for it, I'd think the chances of the good heath (or in effect, and INN) should be a little higher. With good balance though, it could be really awesome!

@ncw: Thanks. I improved the chances, as well. Health has a 1/15 chance, skill has a 1/30 chance, and the rest has a 1/35 chance.

maybe you could consider doing it mini medal style? where you find wishing well tokens? since gold is an unlimited resource, I mean! but cool cool, it's a great idea.

They cost 100 gold per token, and can be bought in the same town as the wishing well. You can find them in treasure chests, or steal or get them from monsters.

That sounds like a neat feature.
Reminds me of one of the fairy fountains in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, though the mechanics are a bit different (in LttP, you got to pick a reward for every 100-or-so rupees you threw in).

I'm not sure if a finished product will ever come of this, but I have been working on some graphics lately, and I figure I may as well show them off to hear what you all think.
Some sandy dirt. This is pretty basic, with only two colors, but having played around with it a bit I feel like it doesn't necessarily need to be any more complicated. But I'm not 100% on this. I'd like to know what you guys think.
Here's some grass, obviously. The edges will lay over other tiles such as dirt, or rocky cliffs.
A coniferous tree, which I'm rather pleased with. I'll probably do different kinds of trees later.

TRIPLE POST
And here's a monster graphic I've done: a Tyrannosaurus. I feel like the shading could use some work.
