Demo of my first releaseable game, Grayscale, will be available soon! I just need to iron out some text bloops, script issues, tag issues, naming issues, graphic issues, wall issues, and balance issues!

Elves and dwarves. Good fantasy has elves and dwarves. (What, no gnome love?)

I just realized those are male and female versions of elves and dwarves. And I just took a second look to confirm that there's no real difference in the dwarves.

Well done? :???:

That's not true. The girl dwarfs are skinnier.

Spoonweavers correct, the female dwarves are skinnier. Look at their waist/hip area, and you'll see a minor difference.

Anyways, the second demo of my game is coming in the future! It will be a lot better than the old one...the new demo will have three more heroes;
one story based, two optional. They'll be a sort of dungeon in it. Finally, there is more attacks to learn.

All the races I have NPC graphics for have different characteristics between the sexes, the dwarves' are just the hardest to notice. Humans, elves, dwarves, wolves, cats, and raccoons all have females with altered torsos (narrower in the mid region, often narrower overall). Female humans and elves have longer hair. Female raccoons and wolves have manes/headfur (however you feel like rationalizing it). So cats are the second-hardest to tell apart (though for the dwarves it's a lot harder because their torsos are shorter).

Anyway, after analyzing what I'd set up for a while, I decided to change something so someone who thinks a lot about my characters' backstories can catch something subtly.

Yep, Wolf and Akira just became slightly less identical again.

I became one about a year after the site became really widely known in the OHR community (thanks in part to Joe Man). I read a few articles, remembering the meanings of Staff Chick, Five Man Band, Nintendo Hard, and SNK Boss. After these terms worked their way into a review I wrote and I got called out on it, I started using the site regularly. One of my less popular comics involved my hanging a lampshade on my trope addiction.

Wicked. Too bad you are not able to make pages here troping some well known games. That would be fun...

Trying to finish a game for once, lost a lot of the steam I had when I first started. :gonk:

Finish your game. RIGHT NOW!

I don't care how much passion you lost for it, FINISH IT RIGHT NOW.

Haha yeah he does. For the sake of making progress and not spending too much time drawing I've decided on a simplistic/cartoon look (they're lizards :hurr:)
