The singing quickly gains the attention of the orcs as the group rides by. "Ho there travelers!" called a half-orc near a large pile of wood. Several of the orcs and half-orcs were looking at the group now. "It grows dark, perhaps you would like to rest with us?" "We insist,...

As the group gets closer to the encampment, they can vaguely make out crude banners. Horace is the first to notice who the banners belong to. He had several run ins with the Kor-saders before. They were all generally pleasant. The guild seemed to want to recruit him, but had never out right offered....

Sharn looks at Cece with envy. "Why am I awake while she's still sleeping," she says while giving a sideways glance at her lazy leaf stash, as if accusing it of something. Sharn finds the water bucket and splashes Cece awake before returning to bed herself.

The campfires are hundreds of yards away currently.
But yes, within 60ft in the dark you could.

The group made good time collecting BMR's wagon and beasts of burden. They were able to meet with BMR's hired help and leave town that day. They kept a quick pace about them as they traveled and pushed their beasts hard. The sun was beginning to set as they saw campfires. There looked to be a rather...

Indeed. Also sorry for not seeing your question about knowledge of the Purple Dragons. I seem to have rolled semi low however so all Kamaron knows in general is: The Purple Dragons were considered to be one of the strongest armies in the Realms, and were well renowned for their heroism and acts of v...

Renold agreed with Karamon, shacking off Slickens remark with a chuckle. She led the way out of the tavern and towards the eastern gate of town. The group would leave town and try to get a jump on these as quickly as they could.

Renold put her sword away with a smile. Karamon could sense that many in the tavern were put at ease when she did. In general the people around them seemed very off put by Karamon and his group. In this city tieflings and goblins were an oddity and so were swords of lightning. Many in the bar wished...

Renold, Horace, and Catt avoided the spittle bulk of the spittle. Karamon as well as three angry looking bar men were splattered. Renold stood up, not mad, but wanting to answer the goblin's challenge. She drew her lightning sword, cracking a loud thunderous pop as she did. "If the dragon is an...

"I wish I knew where the others from the tomb went," mentioned Renold. "Some of them seemed strong. We could use all the help we can get if we're up against something more than a dragon as Karamon suggests."

Kamaron's helpers left the tavern to prepare things. "I am indeed coming and it might be best to get moving today," Renold suggested. "Time isn't really on our side here. If what the Purple Dragons said is true, they're planning on attacking in about a week. We'll be able to move fast...

Sharn shot a look of disgust back at Normin. A meeting? "The hat man must be joking," Sharn said out loud to herself. Living here wasn't working out as well as she'd hoped. Then she thought of some of the other places she lived before this. A wave of relaxed relief washed over her then. &...
