I tried opening it in Custom. It gave me a bunch of error messages, mostly saying that map data was missing and the like, then it crashed custom.....

hmm, yea I've been experimenting with a couple different fire graphics. I'm not sure if bigger is better, but it couldn't hurt. I suppose I'll give the fire graphics another go.

I also agree. Your character design is fine. Don't change a thing. In fact you really shouldn't be spending your time working on graphics. Right now, your game is starving for content.

I'm not James, but I might be able to help anyways. That's not the best of ideas. Slices aren't Map based like map tiles, and NPCs. They are instead Screen based, like a text box or a menu. So, even though it is possible to do, I'm sure, it's most likely not the best plan. I suggest using NPCs. Havi...
