Well there's not really an official feat for it that I know of. But I wouldn't be opposed to it.

At the moment I'd think Vire would have the best chances of climbing across. Player's can't take 10/20 on climb checks. The 10' pole that the rope is attached to isn't in the ground very well, there's really no way I can justify that supporting a person in my head and your characters would assume the same.
