No, you can't have items that activate more than 1 affect at once. I kind of let it slide before, however this is going overboard.
Also, to assume 50% with your arbitrary modifier is just silly.
All of those items are basically turned down.

Kalar had plans to grabs some of the items and head back to the others, but as he touched the ring of flight, the sarcophagus burst open. A mummy rose out of the sarcophagus. Kalar could see a level of intelligence behind it's eyes. It looked menacingly at him.

After the second sound lance, The door finally gives way under Kalar's magical assault. The thick metal door topples back and forward before slamming down on the 5ft tile in front of the doorway. It slides off the tile and tumbles down the pit causing a massive CLANG when it hits the bottom spikes....

It wasn't long before Voulton was completely healed. A new eye grew as he was healed. When the healing was done, all that remained to show that Voulton had actually been critically injured was glogs of drying blood and a slightly different colored eye.
