I'm pretty sure Hydlide is supposed to be action/RPG. I think the problem is that Hydlide is natively an MSX RPG, and it had sequels on MSX/MSX 2 that are better, so I don't bash the game due to having much better circumstances in Japan than here in America.

FF1's party system was awesome. The party you select can drastically change the playstyle of your game. There was nothing wrong with the party selection method, because of the added replayability. The blame is in class balance, which is a flaw that would affect any party system, not just FF1's. My o...

Final Fantasy 1 is hardly the worst RPG ever, nor is it the most difficult. In FF1's defense, people on GameFAQs have pointed out that the Japanese texts in the game are much better written to be more cryptic and requiring players to make due with hints and explore the world more, including the fetc...

The Gerania review caught me off guard. I always knew it was a well built game, but the lack of anything unique was something that I didn't think of. As for elements I'm sick of... I'm mostly sick of retina burning graphics that usually come from misuse of the oversaturated OHR palette. I guess this...

Didn't Zelda Classic recently implement scripting? You could probably add in L-Targeting and Strafing with that.

Unless the scripting is still limited, but I've seen videos of some interesting things done with Zelda Classic.

Granted. But in a test drive in your new body, you "accidentally" demolish everything within the known universe. You spend almost all of an eternity floating through an endless void in search of a companion. I have plenty of dead friends to interact with! Congratulations, son, you're bein...

I agree with Mogri's decision to not have healing. Even in Pokemon, where healing abilities are limited, they still cause a lot of drawn out battles between high durability Pokemon.

I wish for more Slime Salad members. (No trolls or AOL kiddies, please!)
Granted. They'll all members from a site called "Gaia Online", and keep making "RPG Maker XP is bettar" threads.

I wish I actually was a Newtype.

Foiled by any blind person! Like the Daredevil, you know. He's totally a blind superhero.
How about said idea, except with braille inscriptions as well so that blind Superheroes can read the sign?

I propose the retinal scanner makes sure that the person being scanned must be able to look in different parts of the screen.

The door is locked with a retinal scanner (the machine that scans your eyeballs). While equipped with the GRU uniform, find a guard wandering around. Unequipping your AK-47, hold the Square button to put the guard in a choke lock and begin dragging him, but be sure no other guards see you. Occasion...

i wish i never incinerated my faithful companion cube in record time ;_;
Granted, but you euthanize your Aperture Science Weighted Companion Cube (tm) after several good byes, causing the record to remain unbroken due to the extra time spent.

Help me be like Mike.
