Harvey cackles at the reaction Kalar's "friends" get from the assorted adventurers. He holds up his own grizzly mug for everyone to look at and offers a quip: "I kinda like 'em! Reassuring to not be the ugliest bloke in the room for a change, don'tcha think?"

Kind of, yeah. That's my basic point, is that no matter what you do, something's going to trump something else. But the benefit of doing it with tags or whatever, to make a slimy comparison, is that you have all the votes before you inaugurate someone. Like I said, I haven't ever tried this so I don...

It'd be awesome if you could though! I love to imagine a wizard walking into "WARRIOR WYATT'S HOME FOR INFINITE WEAPONS" and getting his slime beat because he's not a fighter and can't use any of the fighter-only weapons.

Or maybe I could even somehow create my code so there is no trumping happening whatsoever. This would also be fine. I think my main issue is that I like things to look and feel consistent so doing this would result in consistent behaviour too. Might run in to the same issue with this though anyways...

Ahh, I didn't realize he'd already opened 'em, and indeed I thought one of them had poisoned Lynda or something. Good enough

If Harvey has any spare time (He only has to sleep two hours a day from his ring of sustenance) he's going to investigate the party's books.. and check for traps/open whatever hasn't already been opened. Can't die without finding out what's in those beauties that everyone's so fascinated about.

Lynda could also consider a dress with a Mage Armor enchantment on it.. I assume it would work for clothes.

I don't think it would work at all? Mage Armor provides an Armor Bonus to AC, which I'm 99% sure doesn't stack with the Armor bonus provided from actually wearing armor? It's a good idea though.. you should see if there's a spell that provides a Dodge, Insight, or Natural Armor bonus to aC because t...

Harvey's sheet has been updated with his new equipment, and he's gone to Level 13, gaining another level in Psychic Warrior. EDIT: Harvey has 1,000ish GP left and would gladly pay to witness such spectacle. EDIT EDIT: Incidentally, part of the reason Harvey bought so many potions is because the more...

MEANWHILE... An angry man continues to menace the weary regulars of an inn with a ladle! Randy, a farmhand, is the first to speak: "It's good... I like it". His praise earns him a scornful wallop from the ladle! "Damnit, don't you lie to me! You've never liked soup in your life! You ...

Harvey forgets whatever it was he was doing, hypnotized by the promise of loot. "I'm in!" he says, more cheerfully than he's said anything in years, caught up in the hype so fast that it takes a while before skepticism and common sense kick in. "You've been there before, you're runni...
