I've only seen the first movie wholly and parts of the second but yeah, I really don't think the action sequences are enough to hold up the movies because they're really not good action sequences.

It's more that without the internet being common people didn't realize we weren't getting these games. I remember reading about FF5 in some awful magazine (Gamepro?) for months and then being pissed that it never came out.

Oh, and one last note: a few cheesy puns here and there don't hurt, but the flood of them toward the beginning was just excessive, and almost dropped the enjoyment score down to 1 (and would have, if they had stayed at the same frequency after everyone was introduced rather than cutting back a bit....

I didn't think it was poorly written but I did think it needed a lot of editing to flow more smoothly from one point to the next. Now this I can understand and agree with. Its pacing is without a doubt its biggest flaw, and I wish I could have done a better job. I don't agree at all that the story ...

I didn't think your graphics were interesting and none of the scripting really did anything for me, except for the fridge flying away at the end, which did look good. Tone is part of presentation to me too, and the tone of your movie sat really badly with me in a way the rest of the entries' did not...

And since we're nitpicking each other's votes, I find it offensive that my entry rated lower than or equal to JSH's deliberately awful Harry Potter series in EVERY CATEGORY. This happens once and it's by a ghost character. It could have been shown better (he could have phased through it bit by bit instead of just slipping under the wall) but this wasn't a mistake.

Fnrrf's entry is very well animated, funny, and perfectly scripted. A shame about the to be continued bit, but I really, really liked what's here.
