I really wanted to like Minish Cap (I liked the talking bird hat) but somewhere along the way it just lost my attention. The world design just didn't do it for me. They did a really awesome job making everything work together well in LBW.

It controls exactly the same as Link to the Past. You never have to touch the touch screen if you don't want to, but it makes swapping items quicker and you can place markers on your map to remember stuff for later.

I think the PC version includes all of the PS3 version's DLC, too. It's really the best game.

Scare Spree works very well on a keyboard/controller, but its fast pace makes it tough to control on a touchscreen. This is an issue larger than SS or even the OHR itself, plenty of phones come with action games that just don't play well with touch controls. It's something to keep in mind when porti...

Anybody who actually has heard of the ohr that wasn't told by me outside of the ohr community think the entire community was a bunch of furries. Not hard to see why when the most popular games for the thing tend to be about furries. You should actually look at the top downloaded games here and the ...

Spoonman, most of your points there are legit and thanks for going into actual detail. But as for the concept, I feel like a jerk saying this but you didn't "get" the game. It isnt meant to be a parody or a rip off of the film. It's satire of gamer culture, from it's awful reduction of the...

In spite of having no mainstream coverage and not even trying to promote it to anyone and barely being a game, Horse Game has about four times as many downloads on Android as Kane. Being free helps but the market is very strange about what it picks up. Walthros Android is a total bomb, in comparison.

The Kane connection and games as art connection are why a broader audience gave the game a shot but aren't the reason they enjoyed it. There's like three, four direct jokes related to Citizen Kane itself, out of dozens. So yeah I'd say that equals success on its own merits unless you actually think ...

I've mostly put off playing chapter 2 because I know I'll enjoy the game more when it's all done. Waiting for new episodes keeps from bothering to watch pretty much anything new on TV, and it's an even bigger bummer with games. Sorry if this isn't helpful! I'll 100% play/write about the game more wh...

I totally forgot Motrya even had a cold opener flash forward. Giz's point about using that kind of framing device is mostly spot on. I liked chapter 1 a lot but haven't played 2 yet. The villain being a comic relief enemy appearing alongside horrible events is very Final Fantasy 6, but Kekfa worked ...
