Well, Thursdays are fine, but I won't be home then until around 8:30 EST. Hopefully people will still be playing that late.

Once I get off from work on Thursdays, I'm definitely game.

We really need to start holding "slime around in Brawl" evenings, maybe once a week. I've had a real craving for the game this weekend but none of my friends were ever on/available with a few exceptions. What would be a good time of the week, I wonder? Friday and Sunday nights are usually ...

Sorry I had to leave so abruptly. My girlfriend's in Brazil and decided to Skype me in the middle of the match.

Finally had a match with Newbie Power. Round 1: Newbie Power (Fox) vs. JSH (Diddy) Round 2: Newbie Power (Lucario) vs. JSH (Meta Knight) Round 3: Newbie Power (Marth) vs. JSH (Zelda) I'm still willing to keep running the tourney if people are willing to play the matches. For the rest of today, I'd b...

Also adding you. I really hope to play the game some this weekend--for once I should have plenty of time.

Personally I've just been adding everyone I can since it improves the chances of actually getting to play.

Hi everybody! I wasn't a fan of Tabuu of Ancient Minister to be honest, but I don't see anything wrong with Snake. At the very least he is an entirely different playstyle to me. I can't figure it out though. After playing for a bit, I do agree that Smash Balls and the Dragoon thing are not fun. I v...

I sort of agree about Yoda. He should have kept the Palpatine fight and left out the Dookoo one. I see Yoda using more Jedi mind tricks than lightsaber action. To be honest though, part of the reason Yoda was depicted as he was in the OT is likely due to the fact that he was a puppet. With CG, Lucas...

In lieu of the fact that we can't ever seem to get four people online at once, why don't we try holding the tournament in Singles instead? For the first round, let's change the rules to 4 Minute Coins to compensate for the lost team member. I also need to contact Sew and see if he's still in--We don...

I just can't agree with that. His music's pretty powerful, but it's only because I remember it from scenes during the films. Like I said, in that respect Williams is great, but in the broader spectrum of instrumental music from the past 100 years or so he's totally average.

Okay, the system and game are now owned. Internet will be set up soon, but I need a classic controller or something before I can come join the fun. Am I the only person who can't feel the wii remote/nunchuk controlling these goofballs? Use the gamecube controller if possible. I've tried Wiimote and...

I've tried listening to them outside the films and found them boring as slime.

No offense to Williams; he's good at what he does, but the music is good because of the films, not the composition.

Well, as much as I love the team idea, it doesn't seem to be working out. It's too hard to get four people coordinated. Hachi and I almost made it to two of the matches last weekend, but contestants kept disappearing from either our side or theirs. Poll: Should we change to making all the matches si...

No, but Wario has one of the best combinations of taunts and hilarious moves, so he's still a lot of fun to play as.

Surlaw is the best opponent ever when you feel like having matches that are 50% taunting and sliming around.

One of these days, I'll get a KO with FLUDD. One of these days.
