Is there a guide to the Hidden Menu (experimental features)?
I would like to know if there is a guide to using the Hidden Menu. It seems like the "Sprite Editor With Arbitrary Sizes" feature may be useful for me. I just don't understand how to use these sprites in place of my current sprites. Is there a plotscripting feature which allows this to be ...

AFAIK 640x480 is quite close to the native resolution of non-HD televisions (though televisions aren't like computer monitors and it's all terribly complicated). Based on Google's dashboard it seems that a resolution of 640x480 is more than what about 22% of Android users (which includes tablets) h...

I hope that customisable resolution will be a stable feature in the next release, whenever that is. We weren't planning to add script commands to change the resolution, though I think it could be a good idea to add in option to enable running your game at multiple resolutions to support different s...

Of course doubling the resolution does not scale anything, unless you reduce the zoom of the window to compensate. Scaling slices including sprites and maps is something I would like to do, but considering how few people would actually make use of it it's got to be given a very low priority. Scalin...

Awesome, I guess I'll just wait and see if one of them replies to this post. Otherwise I'll PM them for an explanation.Bob the Hamster wrote: Yes, there is an experimental feature that allows this, TMC and Master K used it in their game Carcere Vicis.

I was wondering if there is any easy way to change the "scale" of the graphics in my game? By this I mean, is there any simple code I can use to make a character appear double their normal size? (in which a 1x1 pixel is blown up to the size of 2x2 pixels) I would think this would somehow r...

I played Spy Game for about 45 minutes today. The premise is cool and I hope to enjoy it. However, I don't feel like I made any progress. I disguised myself as everyone in town and tried to talking to everyone else to no result. I imitated and janitor and wandered around the lab, but there isn't an...

Using the latest OHRRPGCE Nightly, I have run in to a problem with every game I've played. What is the exact version number of your nightly build? My mistake, I somehow managed to download the latest mac nightly but somehow opened the game with the earlier nightly. So far I've played through spygam...

I attempted to play the contest games but I'm running in to a few problems. So I didn't work on my game much this weekend, but as a valid excuse I did manage to draw up this awesome art in photoshop. Enjoy! (Excuse the reduction in quality, photobucket tends to do that to blown up pixel art, I guess) EDIT: Never mind, I reuploaded as a .png and all is fine now. Thanks. http...

Final Fantasy VII's Bombing Mission. I like most of the FF7 tracks in general, the synthesis is very good. Donkey Kong Country's entire album is ear candy as well. Sometimes I listen to the whole album straight through when I have free time. It's pretty inspiring. Earthbound and Mother 3 in general....

These aren't really OHR related, but I just wanted to show off a little. Did this one in roughly 2-3 minutes. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/71082289/Drawings%20art%20whatever/CSS/N64%20controller.gif These two were both done in iScribble. Also took me a bit longer, but I'm pretty happy with t...
