Sure thing. Okay, I'm back with Part 2. This set will simplify tracking your heroes and NPCs around the map. ______________________ Function: Storing Coordinates for Quick Access Names: Store Current Position (target hero) Store Current NPC Position (target npc) Description: Writes important (x,y) i...

Some Useful Functions
Hey guys, I'm still hard at work updating my wacko scripts for Entrepreneur: The Beginning into more manageable templates and functions so that updates can come out faster and better optimized, and I am getting close to the end of the first round. Normally I would post an update related to the game ...

I'd actually do more editing myself if I had the proper equipment and time. The problem with the let's play format is that most people won't watch it all the way through (except for the developer, whom I believe the videos are really for), so I think the ability and time to edit a video down to a tw...

Hmm, does this mean I can't start working on a game until May? I want to start playing with some mechanics before I lose the ideas I have, but I'm afraid of getting carried away and making something more substantial than planned. I forget what the specific rules are. I think, we can work on our gam...

Happy New Year! It's 2018, and that means we're on the verge of entering Heart of the OHR season again. Here are the facts for this year's contest for those who are planning early: -We will open the window on May 1st. It will likely stay open until the end of the year. -Those with commercial games a...

There's no default way to accomplish what you want, and there isn't much chance at avoiding the x,y zone read, either. But, you can still do what you want pretty easily. Assuming you are moving just one surface zone (in other words, you're just looking for zone #22 and nothing else), you could read ...

Thanks for participating in the Flavor Text Contest. The screenshots remind me of Shadowgate and Deja Vu, which is really cool. I miss playing those games on the NES. Any chance we'll get the remaining participating entries by the end of the year? The engine now supports copy/pasting from outside so...

The ability to copy from the clipboard is my favorite feature in a long time, and I like a lot of the new features these days. The tile skew is also cool, but the tinting is even better. I'll probably use that often. Using the mouse in the editor is a beautiful thing, even if the editor itself still...
