I think that door link to nowhere is an engine bug. The map it links to has no doors. I have another door link to the exact same place (Door: 0, Map: 0). That one doesn't teleport. Not sure why the one in the lower left is teleporting. (Zenzizenzic stable release if any bug-hunters are interested.) ...

MasterK: Download again. Three of you may have missed the cell door fix. I uploaded without checking if that script worked. I just had to add those two lines of code that I thought I had added prior to the deadline, but didn't. I don't know about a dead end broken door. The debug keys are on if you ...

Mine's up: http://www.slimesalad.com/forum/viewgame.php?t=4335 Please refrain from rating it on the Slime Salad game list. I only uploaded here because Castle Paradox is down. Brief Description: In the future, people are bored with reality shows. They're also bored with televised executions. The onl...

Monster Out of Six
For the 2011 48 Hour Contest. Please don't rate this game. This will be updated soon. I don't want the overall ratings affected because I had to race a deadline. Thank you for your cooperation. (Sorry, if you downloaded before 10:15 EST, you got a broken version. I had forgotten to add an important ...

With that being said, I still go back and proofread my content at least two or three times before I submit it for the magazine. That's not to say that there still won't be errors in my work because again, I'm not a professional writer (and you'll find that I often make fun of myself in my reviews b...

Spoon, my remark on different landscapes was referring to the towns themselves changing over time. Town A may start off on a flat field, but by the end of the game it could be buried under a mound of rubble or chewed up by construction machines. Or maybe a mountain falls on it. Since you've already ...

My biggest objection is that I really don't feel good about Sword of Jade being disqualified just because its download link is disabled at the moment. People still played it, loved it, and voted for it. I'm not even a fan of the game, but I feel that excluding it was rather cold. I felt the same wa...

I think changing the tiger's sclera to something more golden or yellow and less white will make them a little more intimidating. Or, try black sclera and yellow iris. Either way, the crooked nature of the eyes will look less dopey if you get rid of the white. As it stands, it looks like the landscap...

I knew you could sell dead monsters, Spoon. That was one of the novelties about Legendary Heroes that I really liked. That, and of course, the changing landscapes of the towns (well, the changing circumstances, but I'd be just as happy to see a town that changes landscapes in the updated version...w...

Throwing out my old list and starting a new one: 1. Legendary Heroes -Most enjoyable traditional style game I've played in a long time. If Spoonweaver keeps adding to it, I'll keep playing it. 2. Okedoke -It's rude in many ways, but it covers quite a span of storyline and has one of the best visual ...

Quasi-spoilers ahead. Because really, who's left in the Transformers lineup of bad guys who isn't dead? Well, I thought about this last night, being the die hard Transformers fan since eight years old that I am, and while I agree that there isn't much more they can do without rebooting the franchise...

I'll usually outline the basic landscape and any specific objects with the line and draw tools in MSPaint; then I'll fill in objects with some general colors using magic wand to contain any stray marks within the lines; then I'll take a 50x30 landscape texture from an exported tileset or screenshot ...

As long as Heart of the OHR remains a strongly supported contest, I would be in favor of voting the gold, silver, and bronze medalists into the canon of flagship games. I suppose that's already the case since Vikings was the silver medalist. Also, if Nintendo can have Mario, Link, Samus, Pikachu, Do...

In an effort to make my games more accessible to general audiences (and more ethical to commercial artists), I have decided to replace the unlicensed songs from Tightfloss Maiden and Entrepreneur: The Beginning with tracks designed exclusively for the games. After doing some research on synchronizat...
