"Interesting." While observing what's happening, Kamaron recalls something from when he was searching previously. He activates his veil once more, using its power to detect any secret doors in the area. "A moment, comrades. I remember yesterday that I found a secret door here. I beli...

"Ah, but of course, I will defer to your judgment then. The Cuisine of the Sky sounds like a brilliant place to host the fundraiser, and gathering all of the old-money in one place will certainly be advantageous." Kailyn ponders for a moment, then says: "I feel guilty leaving you to ...

Kamaron, having finally cleared his mind, gets up to join the others. He brings Pugsy along, hands securely on his reins to make sure the warhorse doesn't spook and run off somewhere. He says to the others: "Careful now, don't touch anything. Look, but don't touch, is what my vision warned me....

Kamaron comes out of his reverie, slightly dazed (and more than slightly drunk, it would seem. But that should wear off in a few minutes). "Right, right, we've received a vision. If anyone stumbles across a... a rhyme, inform everyone at once. And get some water, lots of it. And what's more, t...

"Hmm, very well, but we should ask more than just what is making that sound, but also how to deal with it." Kamaron lays out the tools he'll need. He gathers together seven candles, arranging them in a circle and lighting them with a word. He takes some fine spider silk dusted with silver...

"The horses seem restless, and that worries me. I shall investigate it after we perform the divination. I turn to Horace and ask him:

"Very well, but what question shall we posit?"

Kamaron hears this talk of demons plaguing dreams, and realizes that the dream he had was not, in fact, just another one of his usual nightmares. He's been having them for as long as he can remember, and for the most part has learned to block them out and ignore them unless the vision was looked fo...

"My guess would be we examine this central passage. I'm loath to actually step on any of the tiles though, at least until we know more about them. I'd examine it myself, but I have very little knowledge of traps, so I wouldn't be able to do much scouting." Kamaron ponders a moment, then c...

Righto then. Heh, for the rest of the day, Kamaron is going to be a grumpy and crotchety old man, shaking his cane (well, morningstar) at all those damn younguns and their boomyboxes =p

"I come out of my trance, worried. The scry failed, and considering the circumstances, that probably means that the two brothers are dead. I'd easily give it nine to ten that they've met some horribly painful and grisly demise, perhaps screaming the entire time. I glance over at Johnny Bugger,...

You can too cure light wounds away fatigue, provided it's fatigue from forced march. From SRD : "A character who takes any nonlethal damage from a forced march becomes fatigued. Eliminating the nonlethal damage also eliminates the fatigue." And I am absolutely in favor of having some side ...

"I wake up, feeling cranky and grouchy. Still, I've had worse. There was that time on the caravan up north with those seven old elves. Now that, that was a nightmare... I stand, cleaning off my armor. I start to regret sleeping in it, as my back is killing me. Old age, it gets to everyone soon...

Fatigued already, from the marching? Righto then. Hmm, if that's the case, couldn't he cast lesser restoration on himself to get rid of the fatigue from sleeping in heavy armor, and then cure light wounds to heal up the nonlethal damage from the forced march to get rid of that fatigue? If not, that'...
