I would love to see the entire list implemented, but if you wanted me to choose one, I picked this: Example: Having a fire staff equipped teaches you fire spell at a slow rate, and allows you to use fire spell if partially learned. Fire spell would be available as long as fire staff was equipped, or...

Ugh, I checked out James and Spoon's scripts...waaaay to much for an inexperienced scripter to wrap his head around. I barely know about variables and constants...I know about Keypress scripts, but still... It's a lot to wrap your head around when you haven't really scripted game functions before. B...

Alright, so I learned about the fact that Gizmog handed me over his prize. So, i've done a lot of thinking, and did a fair bit of searching through the wiki to see what we could use...it's like getting one wish from a genie, without the horrible side effect (Well, maybe). You could do anything you w...

why not just write your own? I have Anvil Studio, but I only know how to plonk randomly with some intruments, and speed up or lengthen notes. Sure, thats good enough to create songs, but I have dubbed myself tone deaf. I really don't know what sounds good together, which is where the plonking comes...

That seems useful...but I still need proffesional help. (joke writes itself) I'm suprised you don't have NeoSpades avvy. Didn't you read the sign? *Points* "No Trolls Allowed" I have created some nice looking 8-Bit walkabouts, but I still need help scripting. There will be a sword, hammer...

That seems useful...but I still need proffesional help. Things might get complicated later on scripting more complex items/attacks. It would be useful to have somebody who knows their way around the script, but if all else fails, i'll resort to the example scripts. Also, i'm gonna need a composer to...

Wanted: A Competent Scripter

I'm working on an 8-Bit Zelda-Like game, and I require the intellectual prowess of someone who can help me script enemies, bosses, sword attacks, ect. And before you ask, this is not using the traditional battle system, this will be a Zelda Style system. The hero will be fighting on the overland, no...

Alright, time for my game. The game is [game]Grayscale[/game]. It is what you could consider my newbie game. The second demo is most recent. It has no password, so you can see everything in it. The plot, you want? I started typing it out, but it certainly wasn't short. I could PM it to you, Shake, i...

This game has inspired me to make an 8 Bit game. No, not 8-Bit like this, 8-Bit like Mogri's project. My palette has four colors, and a background color. The colors are rusty brown/yellow.

So, how could Spoonweaver make all these alts without anyone noticing...? Wouldn't we see a large influx of new joiners...?
Or did he make them way back when?

No, cheating in the slime arena is not a legitimate reason Figured. Thats why I never did it by now. I was tempted to, though... A legitimate reason for a second name is if you've made a collaborative game and you want to post it under the new, collective name rather than your personal one. Ah, for...

...He got banned? Wow, didn't see that coming. the secret hidden admin forum Not so secret now, Mogri. XD There are legitimate reasons for creating alts. While alts are discouraged for general use, they aren't against site rules. But under no circumstances should you use an alt to place a vote. ...w...
