Uehehe! I've sabotaged this release! It don't see it being released on time now, not with such fantastically-untested last minute features! Unless -- most unlikely -- eager folk were to band together to plumb the dark corners of the editors, where foul things may lurk unseen... I'm not working alone...

Anyway, I fixed the script to what you posted earlier. The player position no longer glitches, but the sprite still goes invisible for a bit while on the edge of wrapping. What? I downloaded the last version you uploaded (from the 14th), simply replaced your wrapping script with mine, and it works ...

That animation system is nice. I noticed a bug before (not sure if it's still in the latest version), where if you're standing still facing one direction and tap the opposite direction key, then the hero moves backwards but doesn't change their facing direction. It has some weirdness when crossing t...

Esc only brings up the main menu in certain circumstances, such as when not viewing a textbox, and the player isn't suspended, and not moving, and other conditions. And it has some special behaviour if the hero is pathing. If you're riding a vehicle, it might override the menu key too. And, Esc atte...

I'm considering instead letting you edit npc extra data in the npc definition, rather than double-purpose the script argument. (Menu item extra data is a mess due to double-purposing.) But npc extra data is per-instance, not per definition, so it would actually be the default extra data, for new ins...

That would be nice. This seems reasonable to add, just a question of where to put it on the TODO list. I've been working on a whole lot of slice-related stuff recently, and am keen to convert battles to slices. I was just thinking about how we could allow customisation of the ready and HP bars, not ...

Wow, it's cool to see someone like you back after so long. They all come back :) Is that a cameo appearance, or is this EotE-related? I like your ice map and your lava. Also, dumb question, but are you using Dwimmercrafty? It seems you're not using the gfx_sdl backend (which is the default in Dwimme...

Actually, I still care about this list, even though the first version of The Hamster Wheel, which had comprehensive lists of games, articles, authors and contest, is gone forever. This list of games appears to be based on Charbile's biglist. Most of the games on it are vanished. Well, that's some cl...
