Rachelle, lounging around the wagon, senses some movement in the far distance, but thinks nothing more of it. She goes back to the pile of books [were they still around?], and pokes around them; maybe one of them will hold the secrets to becoming not quite as squishy.

I'm responsible for the overwhelming majority of the graphics, Spoon's responsible for most everything else. Not sure if that's the best split of responsibilities, but eh, what's done is done.
Which is probably why I'm going to steal the graphics for my own rest-of-summer project.

"Where would you want to go from this place, though?" Rachelle asks. "This country is bounded by strange mists, so there's not that many places you could go". Rachelle pauses. "...and if you keep on firing off those beams of yours you won't get very far before the Inquisiti...

Rachelle walks in between the beholder and the tapestry. "Yes, the one you seem to be incapacitated by". ...wasn't there a similarly enthralling piece of artwork back in the castle? "Anyway, would you happen to know anything about a place called Castle Amber? This place seems to remi...

Rachelle, as quietly as she can, walks up to the beholder.

"I suppose, although I might have to ask them to stay some distance away from me, if that's possible," Rachelle replied. Sure, she would be invulnerable to magic with the amulet, but the skeletons wouldn't, and she didn't want them giving away herself before she had a chance to execute he...

"I thought this place was pretty much a suburb of one of the hells," Rachelle replies, picking up Lynda's amulet as she did so. Was it worth looking for that Beholder that was mentioned? ...Rachelle got up. "I'm going to talk to that beholder Kalar found, if it hasn't been boarded up...

Rachelle, feeling uneasy around all these reanimated dead bodies, announces her intention to head back to the wagon. She'd rather mull over what to do next outside the confines of a dungeon.

Rachelle continues to hold back, but maneuvers herself into a position where she feels relatively safe from incoming attacks. No point rushing in to get killed again.

As she does this, she feels a burning sensation in her throat build up.
