The War on Christmas
Okay, going to go the notes style of review for this, since I'm lazy. - Very nice intro you have there. - This game starts off with you picking your four protagonists; of the four I went for [furry, nerd, goth, and hipster], the nerd ended up being the most useful for mowing down random battles and ...

linearquest II
Judging from Nathan Karr's review, this is almost the exact same game as Linear Quest I, but with some slimes added such that the game isn't rendered unwinnable if you choose the wrong things at the start. I don't think such an addition really required a new game, but that's not my place to argue. I...

I'm going to say there's... 5 hours of stuff in this? Even with a thing or two I wanted to add in never making it, there's still a fair amount of meat here. Anyway, have fun.

Every year for the past 100 years, a massive, gaudy tower appears at the point of greatest commercial activity. You find yourself here, on the eve of Christmas Eve, in order to do the very last of your Christmas shopping. But great changes are about to occur, on the centennial of this tower's first ...

Man, I really gotta get going with drawing/designing my enemies. Fen's graphics are really nice (and are reminding me to swap out some of the enemies I have planned with more christmasy ones).
Did get doors (two-way and one-way) set up in my game last night, which will be really useful going forward.

You can have up to three floor tile types (a base floor that will appear no matter what happens, plus two other floor types that can be drawn on a per-tile basis). There's two wall types as well, as well as NPCs (which you can use either as decoration or as some sort of odd third wall). I guess you ...

I'd be fully prepared to abuse the ability to attach scripts to attacks... but for now, even just the ability to change elements or attack damage based on variables (a Traveler-style ability, or skills that change up through things not easily tracked via tags, are things that immediately come to min...
