What if you drew a two-block tall version of the block with massive motion-blur, and showed it for just a single tick. Then it would go just as fast as you want it too, but the motion blur would make it look like it was moving. https://i.imgur.com/LqJIzVq.png You know, like that, except with a block...

I really don't mind adding an additional thread.

Single-player campaigns are not at all stressful, because they can just wait whenever I get busy, and I never have to worry about people getting too far ahead of one another

That is right! night did happen for Kailyn!

Maybe night happened for Normin too and I forgot, but if so I am retconning that he is still awake on the evening of 18-midwinter.

BMR, do you want me to start a solo thread for Kailyn?

So I just double checked my timeline The original group quest starting early in the morning of 18-midwinter. The party spent the morning fighting the "Test" fire in the smokefield. The party spend the afternoon fighting the real Apartment fire on 127 Cabbage Lane (I don't think I ever used...

There is one other firefighter sleeping in one of the bunks with a blanket pulled over their head. The rest of the bunks are empty. One of the two washrooms is locked. Small noises indicate somebody is in there. There are some sounds of talking downstairs, it sounds like at least a few of the other ...

"Heh. Playing for mints huh? I like that." she takes her hand out of her pocket and refocuses her attention on her omelette. "I doubt we have any candy on the ship though..." "Open Seat!" the Kobold calls impatiently. "Come on! We can't play with only four!" w...

As the Merman emerges from the water on the opposite side of the ship, Weisana glances back over her shoulder at the casino. Her hand is in her pocket, and Hyne can hear the sound of a few coins clinking together. She forces her attention back to Hyne to attend to his comment. "Oh... I imagine ...

Inside the store with the grotesque boxes of creatures, the music of the violin is louder. Some of the glass boxes contain recognizable vermin; cockroaches, an ant colony, a mass of scorpions and vinegaroons. Others contain many-legged and winged creatures that Normin does not immediately recognize....

Normin exits "The Abscondlery", leaving behind the well-ordered shelves and the gossip of the students. Looking at other Magical Ingredients shops on the block, it is hard to tell which are the most grassroots and least reputable. Obviously none of them openly advertise unsavoryness, but a...

Standing closer, Hyne gets a better look inside the casino shack. A feathered Kobold wearing what can only be described as a ceremonial robe is holding a big board with holes drilled in it. Many of the holes are filled with a constellation of colored wooden pegs. Two humans, one merfolk, and another...

There is a whole shelf for acids. They seem well organized and clearly labeled. There are acids extracted from foreign fruits, both in fermented and distilled forms. There are acids milked from fire ants, and acids extracted from the blood of rock-beasts. There is a whole range of alchemical mineral...

The Kobold chef clicks and purrs as it it serves Hyne an omelette with a side of stewed meat from the pot. There are plenty of places to sit. Most are just sitting on the deck or on the railings. Dirk glances warily at Hyne, and moves from sitting alone to sit directly between a two other cewmembers...

So we actually did a little research on that. It seen that a port of SDL2 exists for Switch, so if we made a gfx_sdl2 backed, it ought to be possible-- however it would also require getting a Switch Dev kit, which means getting some kind of official approval from Nintendo and signing an NDA or somet...

On deck, one of the kobolds has set up a portable stove. Smoke seeps cheerfully from the top. Next to it is an enormous basket of seagull eggs. The kobold is making omelettes. Also on the stove is a big pot that gets stirred every so often. There is a spicy smell in the air. One of the larger wooden...
