I think this is a side effect of the fact that a hero's position is determined by the top left corner of the 20x20 space that they occupy, rather than the center. I think you will have better luck with the command that positions the camera by pixels, and the command that gets hero position in pixels...

Coool!

Can you make an animation of dirt fluing for a moment before the worm bursts out of the ground?

Both because it would look cool, and because it would give a hint where it is about to emerge a few ticks before it happens

While an external web format seem more accessible, in-game commentary sounds like a really interesting and unique idea.

Are you aware of any games that do something like that already?

I am the world's slowest D&D DM

The carriage is moving though Old Bakak now. The buildings are tall and ancient and adorned with columns and statues. The streets are wide and paved with well-fitted stone slabs. The pedestrians are robed lawyers, spotless priestesses, black-clad bankers, merchants and guildlords wearing gold orname...

Inside the Substation is a cramped and dusty office. It contains rather too much furniture for a room of its size, and all the furniture looks like it came from a second-hand shop. In addition to far too many chairs, there are three large desks, a bunch of tall filing cabinets with rusty locks on ev...

Sorry for the long absence! Trying to post more regularly now Some time passes. The wind blows. The little Kobold slowly fills a basket with seagull eggs The ship gradually gets closer. It tacks back and forth a bit, but seems to be coming directly towards the island. After a while, Meleander prono...

Hmm... transmogrifying a hero may be reasonable, since a lot of the enemy transmogrification code could be repurposed. But with caveats; I'm not sure how to handle spell lists. Should there be an option whether to keep the old spell lists or switch to the new ones? Should skills you've learnt be tr...

+1 for Asana! I haven't actually used it for games yet, I was only introduced to it recently, but it seems perfect for planning games and tracking to-do lists. If I start using it for Wandering Hamster, I will let you know how it goes EDIT: Oops! I didn't realize Asana wasn't free! I was spoiled by ...

What was all that tape for?? My little one has a picture drawn on an index card, and wanted to tape it to the wall. One piece of tape is never enough! I couldn't help myself, I fixed that crash bug you found, since it was easy. Thank you! :) I notice that the circle hero pathfinding cursor behaves ...

I found another blocker tonight, a crash in hero pathfinding.

I have a hunch it has to do with something I did recently when trying to fix clicking to walk to step-on NPCs

I intend to work on it next Thursday (if I don't have time sooner)

You are doing great work, sir, I salute you! :D
