When a second laser appears, quickly press F8 and then view the slice tree. You can browse throug h the list of slices until you find the second laser, and you will be able to see what the second laser is actually parented to. If that does not shed any light on the situation, you may need to post so...

You do good work! I like your art style, and I am impressed at how you are pumping out these animations. Have you figured out exactly how many animations you are going to need? Do you know what % of the artwork you have finished so far? http://orig03.deviantart.net/5b43/f/2015/121/3/6/sunny_run_anim...

Well, for myself, the main advantage of keeping enemies and projectiles as siblings in my own scripts is that I can easily loop through them and run scripts that update them each tick. That might not be something you want to do for your game, so you might prefer to stick with the parenting methods y...

Rob takes Stumpy back to the stables at his mother's empty house, and then joins the others for more drinking. He makes a few more attempts to talk to Gaspard again, but with no success. Is Gaspard avoiding him? Maybe, that coward. Rob makes a show of pulling a harp out of his bag of holding as if ...

I would normally make bullets siblings of the enemy and player slices, so they would all share the same parent (probably the map)

To make a bullet originate at an enemy, just set its x and y to be equal to the enemy's x and y when you create the bullet.

"We need to be careful, but I don't think we need to flee. Those two will probably report back to Azedarc. They are definitely watching us, and we need to be ready to skip town if they try to arrest us, but for now let's just wait and see if they make a move." "What you said about Mo...

Rob explains to Lynda. "The Inquisition has banned magic since before I was born. The Clergy consider it to be an Evil Sin, no matter who you use it or why. It is punishable by death, allthough, in my own experience I know pleanty of people will turn a blind eye if you use just a little magic ...

I seem to remember something from earlier in the quest that the ban on magic and the inquisition started when the Castle Clover/Amber curse began and separated Averiogne from the rest of the world/planes. Is that accurate? Or is it something that Rob would not know, since it happened before his bir...

Rob thanks Voulton for finding his horse, and introduces himself to Kalar, something he has not had a chance to do formally yet. "Gaspard seems to think that someone from the Inquisition is nosing around and getting ready to ask us questions." he says. "I love my country, but this fo...

Sounds like Liptiki is probably based on Markov Chains.

I googled around and found this one: http://projects.haykranen.nl/markov/demo/

It only takes a single source text, but there is nothing stopping you from combining two sources and pasting them into the same box.

Rob frowns and sighs. "You are more fun to talk to when you are drunk, my friend." "Very well, I'll save this conversation for later, until then, just think about this: If he is so powerful, what did the Archbishop of Ximes do to help us when the colossus threatened us?" Rob goe...

Rob understands Gaspard's body language, and also lowers his own voice. "So maybe I am talking about revolution. I wasn't suggesting that I think Azedarc would change the laws just because you asked, but why should we, proud people of Vyones, bow down to the self-destructive whims of the Archb...
