I plan to utterly ignore any strict technical limits, but I also plan to work hard to make my art look NES-ish :)

If someone wants help making sprites flicker when too many are on the same horizontal line, I might take a look at your scripts, but I sure as heck ain't gonna do it for my own game ;)
