Hyne heals the coachwoman. The blade falls out of her wound as it closes up magically. She moves closer to Hyne, shielding him with her body, and training her crossbow on the retreating hippogriff, although she does not fire again The riderless hippogriff lifts off the ground and flies low towards t...

Hyne plants two more arrows neatly in the rider's chest. He grunts and staggers and his blood gushes out bright down his clothes but he does not fall. The rider barks a command in a horse coughing voice while producing two more blades. (-2 on the ranged attacks for cover) Rider blade d20 + 4 - 2 = 1...

I googled a bit about Horder Breaker, and I think that it only applies to extra attacks if they come from dual-wield. The hippogriffs are too far away, so I applied your horde breaker to the wyrmling instead The three guards stand, spears raised, looking ready to die as the wyrmling swoops down and...

The coachwoman pulls the carriage off of the road and then jumps down and begins hastily unhooking her terrified horses It looks like about a third of the other wagons are reacting similarly. Others are rushing ahead, trying to get past the king's wagon. Others are turning around and heading back do...

Sure! The hero pixel x is measured relative to the top corner of the map The position of a freshly created slice is relative to the screen. So the method you used would have worked fine on a single-screen map, or it would have worked fine if you were in the top-left corner of a map. subtracting the ...

If I am correctly understanding your goal, I think you just need to subtract out the camera pixel position
Code: Select all
beamx := shapex -- camera pixel x
beamy := shapey -- camera pixel y
put slice (exitbeam,beamx,beamy)

Immediately around the road is flat ground without cover. Some wagons are already maneuvering in this space, turning around. Others are staying on the road. Beyond the clear area, the slips of the hill have abundant low thick patches of scrub oak where people on foot could easily hide and take cover...
