Aha! I understand. Diagonal hitboxes. Here is what I think I would do: * Keep all the enemies on one layer * keep all the attack hitboxes on another layer * Keep the visual representation of the weapon on another layer * Once every tick, loop through all enemies. * For each enemy, use the "find...

The man takes the opportunity and runs. His breath is ragged, and he is clearly not moving at top speed, but he goes. "Should I shoot him? Are we letting him go?" asks the Coachwoman, her crossbow wavering Oxnar reaches Hyne and stops, watching the man go. The guard gives a little cry, and...

The man doesn't drop the knife, but he doesn't move it either. "I'm not afraid to die... but I will not have my soul eaten by your god" The coachwoman makes a noise of confusion. "Huh?" Oxnar is now close enough to have heard this too. The approaching guard probably didn't hear. ...

I played your update of Star Dartle today, and I loved it.

I got to the first boss after about 10 tries but died fighting it.

The difficulty seemed just about right. It felt hard, but not so frustrating as to stop me from trying again

How many bosses are there?

Tokamak finishes her bratwurst.

"Not bad. I can imagine a lot of shady ways to use a thing like that, and it sounds like you found an ethical one. You're alright, Doc."

"Are we almost there? Which one is our stop?"

The man shudders. Relief floods his face for an instant, before being pushed away by an fresh expression of dread. He feels around in his clothes, and seems to find one last kunai, but doesn't draw it, he stares at Hyne, waiting for whatever is next. Out of the corner of his eye Hyne can see Oxnar h...

Throwing a dagger to knock the dagger out of his hand? That is cool enough that I just want it to work without a skill check :) I think in 3.5 edition this would be a called shot, so you would roll against his AC with a penalty, but 5th edition doesn't appear to have called shot rules that I can eas...

The hippogriffs and their riders retreat and start flying away in the direction of the town. The guard who had galloped down the hill back to town is just a speck, and is likely to get there ahead of the hippogriffs The procession is still in total chaos, with carriages and wagons scattered everywhe...

The dagger is heavy for its size, and oddly shaped, with a ring at the end of the handle. It has no barbs or hooks, so it pulls out easily. https://i.imgur.com/iGN2XQA.jpg After healing his wounds, Hyne looks and sees that the guards have finished off the Wyrmling. It looks dead. The leader and the ...
