The duplication level is the one with all the oils and fires at the bottom. The tricky part about a fast forward button is that you'd have to do the NPC movement on your own instead of relying on the engine to do it. The short answer is that if you have a decent programming background, you can do pretty much whatever you want. The OHRRPGCE has some limitations, but you haven't begun to touch on them.
